Some licensing authorities ask for full GP records before the medical can be completed. We recommend making your request early.

2 Provide your name, date of birth, address and NHS number if known.
3 Allow up to 28 days for your GP surgery to process the request.

Yes. Your £43 session includes an eyesight check. Please bring glasses or contact lenses if you use them.

Do I need medical records?

It depends on your licensing authority. TfL PCO applicants should bring full GP medical records dated within the past three months; NHS App access alone is not sufficient.
